The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares Inc. declared a second quarter dividend at its June 11, 2015 meeting. The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.18 per share for shareholders of record as of June 22, 2015 and will be payable on June 30, 2015. This dividend brings the total payments for 2015 to $0.36 per share and represents a year-to-date increase of 5.88% over the prior year.
