Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. Approves Quarterly Dividend, Payable on February 28, 2020

On Jan. 21, 2020, Pinnacle's Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share to be paid on Feb. 28, 2020 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 7, 2020. The amount and timing of any future dividend payments to common shareholders will be subject to the discretion of Pinnacle's Board of Directors.
Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. is a financial holding company. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a Tennessee state-chartered bank. It offers a range of lending products, including commercial, real estate and consumer loans to individuals, businesses, and professional entities. The Bank is also focused on offering core deposits, including savings, noninterest-bearing checking, interest-bearing checking, money market and certificate of deposit accounts, including access to products offered through various IntraFi Network Deposit programs.
