Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Pinewood Group plc (the 'Company'), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry, today announces that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, a Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy to all shareholders.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be also published on the Company's website todayhttp://www.pinewoodgroup.com/investor-relations.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 September 2016 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL at 10.30 am.
