The Company's products portfolio comprises: pigments, coating materials, concrete and gasoline additives, rubber compounds, formaldehyde resins, among others. Pigment PAO's products main consumers are companies engaged in petrochemical, construction, textile and rubber products industries, among others. The Company operates under the brand name KRATA. The Company is active domestically, as well as abroad in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Central and Western Europe and the Middle East. Pigment PAO operates through three subsidiaries, as well as three affiliated companies. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Tekhinvest TP ZAO.
