The revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2021 decreased by $1,687,158 to $3,108,710 compared with the same period in 2020.

Cost of goods sold for the three months ended September 30, 2021 decreased by $1,661,786 to $3,094,289 compared with the same period in 2020.

Operating expenses for the three months ended September 30, 2021 decreased by $15,148 to $285,854 compared with the same period in 2020. The decrease is mainly due to a decrease in professional fees.

Other expense for the three months ended September 30, 2021 decreased by $892,314 to $1,821,176 compared with the same period in 2020. Other expense consisted of mainly loss on change in fair value of derivative liabilities of and interest expense. The change in fair value of derivative liabilities is related to convertible notes.

Net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2021 was $2,092,609 compared to $2,978,706 in the same period in 2020. The change is mainly due to a decrease in other expense.
