PhilWeb Corporation (PSE:WEB) executed deed of sale to acquire NDM BINGO CENTER ANONAS INC. from Palmary Corporation, Stacey Reyes Lato, Sy Pierre Watson S. Lato, Kenneth Lato, Perry Weinne S. Lato and Arlene Lato Ching for PHP 17.5 million on March 8, 2021. As per the transaction, consideration is payable in cash on execution of the deed of sale. Palmary Corporation currently holds 1.7 million shares, Stacey Reyes Lato 1 share, Sy Pierre Watson S. Lato 1 share, Kenneth Lato 1 share, Perry Weinne S. Lato 3.3 million shares and Arlene Lato Ching 1 share in NDM BINGO CENTER ANONAS INC. In related transactions, PhilWeb Corporation executed deeds of sale for the acquisition of 100% of the total issued capital stocks of other 15 electronic bingo companies. The combined deal value for NDM BINGO CENTER ANONAS INC. and other 15 electronic bingo companies is PHP 450 million and combined deal value for 2 accredited electronic bingo machine supplier companies is PHP 280 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of PhilWeb Corporation.
