At its meeting on November 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Corporation approved the amendments to the Amended Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation. At the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Philippine Seven Corporation held last 16 July 2020 via remote communication at https://www.7-eleven.com.ph/2020-asm/, stockholders representing at least 2/3 of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation approved and confirmed the resolutions of its Board of Directors dated November 18, 2019 on amendment of the Articles of Incorporation.
