The Board of Directors of Philippine Business Bank, Inc. (PBB) (A Savings Bank), during its Regular Meeting held on July 20, 2022, approved the following:
1.) Transfer of Ms. Laurence R. Rapanut from Chief Internal Auditor to Branch Operations and Control Group Head, effective July 20, 2022.
2.) Appointment of Mr. Bernardo A. Tabugader, Senior Manager, as Officer-in-Charge of Internal Audit Center pending the onboarding of the new Chief Internal Auditor, effective July 20, 2022.
3.) Appointment of Ms. Marily M. Cabuco as Senior Vice President, Chief Internal Auditor, tentatively effective September 01, 2022.
