PGS ASA provided revenue guidance for the third Quarter of 2021. Based on the preliminary review, the company expects to report revenues and other income as reported according to IFRS for the third quarter of 2021 of approximately $142 million, compared to $85.1 million in the second quarter of 2020.

PGS ASA specializes in providing geophysical services and in the production of oil and gas. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - geophysical services (59.6%): acquisition, processing and marketing non-exclusive seismic data to oil and gas companies for prospecting and developing reserves, as well as the management of production fields; - seismic data acquisition services under exclusive contracts (36.9%); - seismic data processing and interpretation services (3.3%). The group also offers services enabling companies to improve their knowledge of the structure and monitoring of their reserves; - other (0.2%). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Norway (22.5%), the United Kingdom (4.2%), Europe (2%), Angola (11.2%), Namibia (7.3%), Africa (7.4%), Brazil (14.8%), America (4.7%), Malaysia (10.4%), Asia-Pacific (4.6%), Egypt (10.4%) and other (0.5%).
