The Company's segments include Construction, Concessionaire asset and maintenance, and investment holding. Its project portfolio comprises the construction of high-rise luxury residential buildings, commercial buildings for offices and malls, hospitals, infrastructure works for the construction of highways, irrigation projects, as well as the rehabilitation and beautification of rivers. It holds the concession for the development and management of student hostels at UniMAP. Its completed projects include Lot 15 SJCC, Subang; Ativo Suites, Damansara Avenue; MCT LakeFront Residence, Cyberjaya; Sungai Melaka, Melaka; Third Avenue, Cyberjaya, and The Mews, Kuala Lumpur.
