30.09.2013 The 700th GTU of Perm engine builders

The 700th gas-turbine unit has been assembled in Perm Engine Company in September 2013. GTE-25PA rated at 25 MW will be operated within one of eight block gas-turbine power plants (GTES-25PA) built on the territory of LLC "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" (their total power will equal 200 MW). Till the end of the year OJSC " Perm Engine Company" scheduled to manufacture seven more GTE-25PA (contract for delivery is concluded between OJSC "Aviadvigatel" and LLC "Lukoil-Energoengineering").

As Mikhail Ignatiev, Head of Industrial GTUs Department of OJSC "PMZ" said, power gas-turbine unit GTE-25PA was designed on the basis of long life gas generator of PS-90A2 engine and in comparison with GTUs designed on the basis of aircraft engine PS-90A it has improved specifications (especially power increase from 23,3 to 25,9 MW).

Constructional project is intended for reliable provision of electricity and heat supply of LLC "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez". Electric power plant is a GTU-TPP with rated output power 200 MW. Within equipment there will be gas-turbine units with waste-heat boilers and steam boiler room as well. Main and backup fuel will be oil-associated gas. Scheduled time of power station start-up at LLC "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" are 2014 (first stage), 2015 (second stage). Eight GTES-25PA will be joined by two and situated in four frame-panel buildings.
