Penns Woods Bancorp Promotes Roxanna Chapman to Senior Vice President of Loan Operations

Penns Woods Bancorp Inc. has announced the promotion of Roxanna Chapman to senior vice president of loan operations for Penns Woods Bancorp which includes Jersey Shore State Bank and Luzerne Bank. Chapman is a native of the Central Pennsylvania area. She then attended the American Institute of Banking while working as a Loan Processing Clerk at Northern Central Bank. Chapman has 43 years of experience in the banking industry, almost all of which is focused in lending and loan operations. Throughout the course of her career, Chapman has held positions ranging from Loan Processor to Assistant vice president/Senior Operations Manager to her current position of Senior vice president of Loan Operations. Formerly Chapman served as a Board Member for North Central Sight Services; President of the Montoursville Chapter of the American Business Women's Association; and Treasurer of the Williamsport Exchange Club. Chapman also enjoys cooking and gardening as well as spending time with her husband, Hank, and their daughter, Allison.
