Pelatro plc Announces Resignation of Richard Day as Chairman of the Board

Pelatro Plc announced that Richard Day has informed the Group of his intention to resign from his position as Chairman of the Board. To ensure a smooth transition, Richard will remain as Chairman for the next two months while the search process for a successor is underway. The announcement of a successor will be made in due course.
