POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

This announcement is made by PC Partner Group Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Based on the management information currently available to the Board including the preliminary assessment of the latest unaudited management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020, the Board expects the Group to report a net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company of approximately HK$30,000,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2020, compared to a net loss attributable to shareholders of the Company of HK$79,200,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2019. The change was mainly due to an improvement of gross profit margin for the six months ended 30 June 2020 in compare to a lower gross profit margin which was mainly resulted from clearance of old generation of inventory for the six months ended 30 June 2019.

The Company will disclose further details of the Group's financial performance when the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020 are announced which is expected to be published in August 2020.
