The Companyâs offer includes enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, business intelligence dashboard systems, consulting and analysis, as well as after sale services. The Companyâs portfolio of products includes: Graffiti.ERP system, company management assistance software, Ascent.DBI system, documentation and information procedure coordination software and QuickSTEP product, documentation management system for small and medium-sized companies. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned three subsidiaries, CG Finanse Sp. z o.o., 2intellect.com Sp. z o.o. and Imagis SA, as well as one affiliated company, Notebooki.pl SA. On December 18, 2012, the Company acquired a 51% stake in GPS Konsorcjum Sp. z o.o.
