10/2017: WSE's resolution to introduce PBG S.A. Bonds to Catalyst MTF

The Management Board of PBG S.A. (the 'Company','PBG') announces that on February 27th 2017 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed a resolution on the introduction to the Catalyst MTF of PBG S.A. bearer Bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred złoty) per bond, i.e.:

1) 16,384 Series B bonds;

2) 350,861 Series C bonds;

3) 196,648 Series D bonds;

4) 412,433 Series E bonds;

5) 122,509 Series F bonds;

6) 497,894 Series G bonds;

7) 376,834 Series H bonds;

8) 1,898,003 Series I bonds.
