DIM Deutsche Immobilien Management Berlin GmbH completed the acquisition of PATRIZIA Property Management from Patrizia Immobilien AG.

DIM Deutsche Immobilien Management Berlin GmbH entered into an agreement to acquire PATRIZIA Property Management from Patrizia Immobilien AG (XTRA:P1Z) on October 17, 2016. The acquisition is expected to close on January 2, 2017. As a result of this transaction, 115 employees were transferred to DIM. Ritterwald Unternehmensberatung GmbH acted as financial advisor for Patrizia. Hans-Eric Rasmussen-Bonne and Alexander Raif of Weitnauer Rechtsanwälte acted as legal advisor to DIM. Ralf Morshäuser, Peter Carl, Jens Günther, Tim Weber, Tobias Falkner, Verena Koppmann, Stephan Dangelmayer, Matthias Werner, Matthias Boglmüller and Sebastian Tusch of Gleiss Lutz and Wolfgang Löhr of Sonntag & Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB acted as legal advisors to PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. DIM Deutsche Immobilien Management Berlin GmbH completed the acquisition of PATRIZIA Property Management from Patrizia Immobilien AG (XTRA:P1Z) on January 3, 2017.
