On 22nd June 2022, 4:30p.m. the Annual General Meeting of Pandora Investments Public Ltd has taken place at the Coral Beach & Resort in Peyia, Paphos, whereby:
- The activities of the Board of Directors and the financial Results for the year ending on 31st December, 2021 were considered.
- Messrs Petros Michaelides, George M. Leptos and Haralambos Hadjipanayiotou were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors.
