Osaka, Japan, July 11, 2024 - Panasonic Holdings Corporation ([TSE:6752] the "Company") today announced that it has completed the award procedure for the issuance of new shares as restricted stock compensation, which was resolved by the Board of Directors on June 24, 2024.
