NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following businesses;

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 05-05-2023 to 11-05-2023 (both days inclusive). According to Regulation No. 5.6.1 (d) of the Exchange, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.

1. To appoint the Chief Executive & Chairman of the Company with effect from May 11, 2023, for a term of the next three years.
2. To reconstitute the Board Committees for the next three years.
3. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
