Extraordinary announcement OTP Bank Plc. announces the partial cancellation of EUR 125 million subordinated notes, ISIN-code: XS0214084252

OTP Bank Plc. in compliance with its obligation pursuant to Section 55-56 of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Markets and the related 24/2008. (VIII.15.) Decree of the Minister of Finance about the rules of extraordinary announcements, hereby notifies its Investors as follows:
OTP Bank Plc. purchased on the secondary market Notes from the EUR 125 million subordinated Notes series maturing 04/03/2015, ISIN-code: XS0214084252, in the total notional amount of EUR 12 million. According to section 5.4 Cancellation of the Offering Circular of the Notes the Bank initiated the cancellation of the Notes on 27/01/2012. Following the cancellation the total outstanding amount of Notes decrease to EUR 108 million.
