OSX BRASIL S.A. Notice to the Market Relevant Stake Acquisition
Rio de Janeiro, January 18th, 2016 - OSX Brasil S.A. - em Recuperação Judicial ("OSX" ou "Companhia") (BM&FBovespa: OSXB3), announces to the market, in accordance with article 12 of CVM Rule No. 358/02, that received today the attached correspondence, sent by 9 West Finance S.À.R.L., associated with Mubadala Development Company, in relation to the relevant stake acquisition in the Company's shareholders structure.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed of any further developments on this matter.
