M3nergy Investment Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire Lundin Services B.V. from Lundin Petroleum AB (OM:LUPE) and Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for approximately $270 million.

M3nergy Investment Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire Lundin Services B.V. from Lundin Petroleum AB (publ) (OM:LUPE) and Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for approximately $270 million on January 22, 2016. The transaction is subject to certain completion conditions, including finalization of M3nergy's external financing. The transaction is expected to complete during the first quarter of 2016.
