5.Cause of occurrence:
The announcement is requested by FSC. The Company set up the subsidiary,
OSE PHILIPPINES, INC.("OSEP") in Philippines in 1997 due to the business
demand.OSEP was to manufacture the low level IC products.

The improvement plan:
According to the resolution adopted by the OSE PROPERTIES, INC.'s board
meeting and the shareholders' meeting on December 8th, 2021, the specified
persons were authorized to sign the land sale contract.The contract price
was USD 5,750 thousand excluding tax. OSE PROPERTIES, INC. will repay the
debt and interests to OSEP with the proceeds from the disposal.
Execute the plan:
As of March 31, 2022, OSE PROPERTIES, INC. repaid all the debt to OSEP
with the proceeds from the disposal.
