Shanghai Edutech announced that it has received gross proceeds of $15,000,000 in its series B round of funding led by Haitong Culture Industrial Fund on January 2, 2017. The transaction also included participation from TAL Education Group (NYSE:TAL) and Orient Securities Company Limited (SHSE:600958)
