SORIANA EXPRESS ARRIVES TO SONORA AND SINALOA
Monterrey, Nuevo León October 7th 2011. Organización Soriana, S.A.B. de C.V. (Soriana) gladly announces the opening of our two new stores, Soriana Express "El Dorado" and “Nacozari” located in the cities of Culiacán, Sinaloa and Nacozari de García, Sonora respectively. Soriana Express “El Dorado” has a sales floor area of 1,409 sq.mts, generating 45 permanents jobs that will be necessary for its operation and an investment made of $29 million pesos for the construction of the store. Soriana Express “Nacozari” has a sales floor area of 462 sq. mts, generating also 45 permanents jobs and an investment made of $10 million pesos. With these two new stores, we start our growth plan for this 4Q11, expecting to open another 14 additional units till the end of the year, strengthening Soriana’s commitment with Mexico as a generator of jobs and investment in our country.
