Filip Michiels steps down from Ordina Supervisory Board

Nieuwegein, 4 February 2021

Ordina today announces that Filip Michiels is stepping down as a member of Ordina's Supervisory Board with immediate effect in connection with his appointment as COO at IT services provider Computerland, a part of the NRB Groep.

Filip Michiels joined Ordina as a member of its Supervisory Board on 30 June 2020. In that capacity, he was also a member of the remuneration, nomination and HR committee. His term as a Supervisory Director ran until the end of the General Meeting in 2024 and, in connection with his appointment at the NRB Groep, ends today.
