At the Board Directors Meeting held on June 17, 2022, we approved the appointment of our Board Director & CFO, Hiroshi Sato, as a Non-Executive Independent Director of HRnetGroup Limited (Headquarters: Singapore, "HRnet"). The concurrent appointment of Sato as a Director is expected to facilitate the friendly sharing of information and exchange of opinions between the two companies regarding the staffing services business in the global market. Hiroshi Sato is scheduled to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of HRnet on July 1, 2022.
