Vibhu Maurya entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 40.01% stake in Onesource Ideas Venture Limited (BSE:530805) from Mala Jhunjhunwala and others for INR 19.7 million on October 13, 2021. Consideration will be paid in cash. Under the agreement, Vibhu Maurya will acquire 12,30,374 shares and Mala Jhunjhunwala will sell 11,58,550 shares. Post transaction, Mala Jhunjhunwala will not have any stake in Onesource Ideas Venture Limited. In a related transaction, Vibhu Maurya made an offer to acquire a 26.02% stake in Onesource Ideas Venture Limited for INR 18.7 million on October 13, 2021.
