EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) _ Old National Bancorp (ONB) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $200.7 million.

The Evansville, Indiana-based bank said it had earnings of 67 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 56 cents per share.

The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 57 cents per share.

The holding company for Old National Bank posted revenue of $622.9 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $561.5 million, which beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $471.3 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $428.3 million, or $1.50 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.75 billion.
