Kawanishi Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated earnings results for the six months ended December 31, 2014. For the period, the company reported net sales of ¥45,645 million, operating income of ¥234 million, ordinary income of ¥230 million and net income of ¥115 million or ¥20.55 per share compared to net sales of ¥47,957 million, operating income of ¥764 million, ordinary income of ¥770 million and net income of ¥380 million or ¥67.88 per share reported in the same period last year.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, the company expects year end dividend of ¥30.00 per share and total dividend of ¥30 per share compared to year end dividend of ¥25.00 per share and total dividend of ¥25 per share a year ago.
