Cloudflight GmbH agreed to acquire Divante Sp. z o.o. from OEX S.A. (WSE:OEX) for approximately PLN 180 million on December 17, 2021. The joint company will grow the Cloudflight workforce by another 350 highly skilled staff members.
It is planned that Divante will join Cloudflight by January 2022 at the latest. Team including Jann Jetter and Christoph Götz of Shearman & Sterling LLP acted as legal advisors to Cloudflight GmbH.
