Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. announced the appointments of Mr.Reyes Calderón Cuadrado and Mr. Juan Antonio Santamera Sánchez as members of the appointments and remuneration commission, Mr. Juan José Nieto Bueso as Lead independent director. The company further announced that audit and compliance commission has agreed to appoint Mr. José Luis Diez García as Chairman of the Commission.
Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (OHL) is a Spain-based company engaged in the construction and engineering sectors. Its activities are structured into three segments: Concessions, Engineering and construction, as well as Development. The Concessions division focuses on the promotion, development and management of a range of transportation infrastructure, such as highways, railways, airports and ports.
