Notice Regarding Change of Representative Directors and Officers

OBAYASHI CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") hereby announces that it has resolved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 9, 2023 to change the Representative Directors, Directors, and Executive Officers, as follows.

The Corporation also notifies that, in order to enhance corporate governance, on April 1, 2023, the Chairman of the Board, who has been a Director with Representative Rights stipulated by the Japanese Corporation Law to have the right to execute company business, will become Director without Representative Rights, and the President who has ultimate responsibility for business execution will become the "President and CEO" to clarify that the role of the Chairman of the Board is supervision and that of the President is business execution.
