(Hong Kong, 7 January 2016) - O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited ("O-Net" or the "Group") (stock code: 877), a leading high technology enterprise, has officially adopted the new English name of the Company as "O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited" and the new Chinese name of the

Company as "昂納科技（集團）有限公司" after the proposed change of company name resolution

was approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 December 2015. O- Net's shares will be traded on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK") under the new short names of "O-NET TECH GP" in English and "昂納科技集團" in Chinese.

In recent years, the Group has diversified its business from optical networking sector into automation and sensing, and industry applications sectors and has proven a great success. The Board believes that the new English and Chinese names of the Group will enhance the Group's corporate image and position and will better reflect and align with the Group's strategic business plan and future business development.
