Nyrstar NV announced today that on 14 January 2015, it received a shareholder notification from Norges Bank, in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and laying down miscellaneous provisions.
Pursuant to the aforementioned notification, Norges Bank has again acquired voting rights in Nyrstar NV. Its holding, as of 13 January 2015, is 10,236,698 ordinary shares, representing 3.01 % of the total number of existing shares of Nyrstar NV.
