NVR, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced operating income was USD 336.360 million compared to USD 276.346 million a year ago. Net income was USD 305.004 million compared to USD 256.137 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 82.08 compared to USD 69.78 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 76.93 compared to USD 64.41 a year ago. For the full year, operating income was USD 977.418 million compared to USD 948.214 million a year ago. Net income was USD 901.248 million compared to USD 878.539 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 244.11 compared to USD 241.31 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 230.11 compared to USD 221.13 a year ago.
