On March 23, 2021, NTN Buzztime, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it plans to effect a one for two reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock immediately prior to the closing of the merger with Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics LLC, which is anticipated to occur on March 25, 2021.
