Nova Pacific Metals Corp., formerly Nova Lithium Corp., is a Canadian exploration and development company focused on pursuing projects with a discovery providing a viable pathway to development. The key projects owned by the Company are its Deer Musk West Lithium project located in Clayton Valley, Nevada and its Lara Project located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It holds 100% interest in the Deer Musk West Lithium project in Clayton Valley, Nevada and the Lara volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) project, located in British Columbia, Canada. The Deer Musk West Project consists of about 190 placer mining claims totaling 3833 acres and is located on the southwest side of the Clayton Valley. There are two potential lithium mineral resource targets for the DMW claim block, dissolved lithium salts and hydroxides in groundwater brine and high lithium concentrates in the sedimentary rocks contained in Clayton Valley.
