Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund Appoints Todd Cook as Chief Executive Officer, Effective from November 2, 2020

Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund announced that Todd Cook, the current Chief Executive Officer of Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust, will be appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Fund. The appointments of Messrs. Cook and Veiner will provide continuity of management for the Fund and a seamless transition of operations from the current Northview executive management team, in order to best position the Fund for a successful launch. Effective from November 2, 2020.
Northview Residential REIT is a Canada-based real estate investment trust. The Company is engaged in indirectly acquiring, owning, and operating a portfolio of income-producing rental properties in secondary markets within Canada. Its properties include multi-residential properties, commercial properties, and execusuite properties.
