The Board of Directors of NOCIL Limited recommended final dividend of INR 3 per share of the face value of INR 10 each (i.e.30 % of the face value) subject to approval by the members of the company at the 62nd Annual General Meeting to be held on August 8, 2024. Book Closure Date is from July 27, 2024 to August 8, 2024. dividend will be paid to shareholder whose name appears in the Register of Members as on 26th July,2024.
