Nizhegorodskiy Mashinostroitel'nyi Zavod PAO (NMZ OAO or Nizhny Novgorod Machine Building Plant JSC) is a Russia-based company, mainly engaged in the production of weapon and ammunition. The Company is also involved in the development, production and realization of tracking and control systems used in the military industry, equipment for marine sea fleet and heating plants, as well as auxiliary equipment for the navy and nuclear power industry. The Company operates through two branches, located on the territory of the Nizhegorodsk region. It manages six wholly owned subsidiaries: NMZ-Agro OOO, NMZ-Sport OOO, Sanatoriy-Profilaktoriy NMZ OOO, as well as NMZ-EK OOO, TD NMZ OOO and Teplotsentral’ OOO NMZ AOOT.
