The Company operates in three business segments. The Fertilizer segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemical fertilizers, compound fertilizers, pellet fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, soil conditioners, as well as import and sale of raw materials for fertilizers. The Trading segment is engaged in the import and sale of industrial raw materials and various fertilizers. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of offices, shopping center stores, warehouses, parking lots. The Company is also engaged in the operation of business hotels, the transportation of fertilizer raw materials, fertilizer products and general cargoes, as well as the storage and cargo handling business.
