NISSO PRONITY Co., Ltd. (FKSE:3440) agreed to acquire Dairitsu Co.,Ltd. from three individuals for ¥51 million on February 26, 2018. As per terms, 0.1 million shares will be acquired. For the year ended April 30, 2017, Dairitsu Co.,Ltd. reported net assets of ¥454 million, total assets of ¥1.6 billion, sales of ¥1.2 billion, operating profit of ¥149 million and net income of ¥82 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 7, 2018.

The Rubber Processing segment engages in planning, design, processing and sale of rubber products used for housing, machinery and public infrastructure equipment. The Construction segment engages in construction projects associated with the above projects.
