The Board of Directors and the Corporate Auditors of Nissha Co., Ltd., at the annual meeting of shareholders and its board meeting held on March 23, 2018 has decided a plan for changes to its management. Daisuke Inoue and Wataru Watanabe appointed as Directors of the Board and Makoto Ando appointed as Independent Outside Director of the Board. Yoshiharu Tsuji to retire as Director of the Board and Director of Tokyo Division Headquarters and will appoint as Special Advisor. Kenji Kojima to retire as Independent Outside Director of the Board. Effective as of March 23, 2018.
