The Domestic Grinding Wheel Manufacture and Sale segment is engaged in the manufacture of offset wheels, flexible wheels, cutting wheels and glass cloths, as well as the sale of whetstones and raw materials for grinding wheels in Japan. The Products Sale segment is involved in the purchase and sale of wheels, coated abrasives, power tools, cutting tools and various industrial supplies. The Overseas Grinding Wheel Manufacture and Sale segment is engaged in the manufacture of offset wheels, flexible wheels and cutting wheels, as well as the sale of whetstones. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had two subsidiaries.
