For the period, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 14,332 million, operating income of JPY 6,944 million, ordinary income of JPY 5,988 million and profit of JPY 5,987 million or JPY 3,459 per unit and return on unit holders' equity was 2.5%. Income before income taxes was JPY 5,988,210,000. Cash flows from operating activities were JPY 8,808 million. Purchases of property and equipment in trust were JPY 438,204,000.
