An unknown individual agreed to acquire NE Mobile Services (India) Pvt. Ltd from Nihon Enterprise Co., Ltd. (TSE:4829) and Dive Co., Ltd. on January 24, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Dive Co., Ltd. will sell 0.2% stake and Nihon Enterprise Co., Ltd. (TSE:4829) will sell 99.8% stake. Nihon Enterprise Co., Ltd. will sell 0.42 million shares. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Nihon Enterprise Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close in February, 2017.
Nihon Enterprise Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the creation business and the solution business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Creation segment is engaged in the provision of content services such as smartphone application services, the provision of business support services such as business applications, traffic information cloud services, education cloud services, tourism cloud services and procurement cloud services, mobile kitting and voice solutions, as well as the solar power generation business.
