From July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, the company has repurchased 230,041 shares, representing 2.49% for KRW 4,802.73 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 254,791 shares, representing 2.76% for KRW 5,399.3 million under the buyback announced on June 22, 2023.

On August 11, 2014, the Company sold its entire skate in NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. On August 11, 2014, it sold its entire skate in NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. On August 20, 2014, it sold its entire shares of NICE Holdings.
