NICE INFORMATION & TELECOMMUNICATION INC. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of integrated payment solutions through credit card value-added network (VAN) services. The Company mainly operates in two divisions: financial VAN service division, which provides authorization services for transactions by credit cards, check verification services, automatic replying system (ARS) authorization services and others, and payment gateway (PG) solution division, which offers Internet electronic payment software named NICE PAY. In addition, it is involved in the provision of value-added services and tax-point services, as well as manufacture and rental of credit card terminals such as point of sale (POS) terminals. On August 11, 2014, the Company sold its entire skate in NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. On August 11, 2014, it sold its entire skate in NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. On August 20, 2014, it sold its entire shares of NICE Holdings.
